We take great pride in our grassfed beef. Our beef is strictly 100% grassfed from weaning on. Utilizing an intensive rotational grazing method allows us to ensure our cows are on young, nutrient-packed forage all grazing season. Grassfed beef is $4.25/lb hanging weight for a 1/4, $4.10/lb for a half and $4.00/lb for a whole.
Grassfed Beef is sold by 1/4, 1/2, or whole cow and will be going to Roskom Meats in Kaukauna.
$100 deposit per 1/4. Reserve as many 1/4’s as needed to reach desired amount.
